HM Store Return Policy

At HM Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Products that are damaged, altered, or worn will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you can ship the product back to our designated address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.
